Spain. This individual committed suicide by suffocation with a bag and cable ties. After placing the bag over his head he secured it with a cable tie, he then used cable ties to fasten his hands to his belt. Furrow mark left by bag were seen on the neck. Hyperaemia was noticed in glottis and adjacent tissues, and conjunctival hyperaemia in the eyes due to suffocation.
