Suicide by holding a grenade close to mouth

This man committed suicide by holding a grenade with both hands close to his mouth. Deaths from explosive substances or devices are encountered in both civil and military circumstances. On the other hand anomic suicides with explosives (except living bomb cases) are very rare in forensic pathology.
