Explosive-induced trauma of the upper posterior part of the trunk with decapitation and gaping lacerations of the superior parts of both thoracic cavities in a suicidal-homicidal bombing victim who was located in the immediate vicinity to the epicenter of the explosive device consisting of TNT.
