The corpse of this individual was found in his apartment, the deceased is partially clothed and partially covered. The head was uncovered and showed insect activity and colonization of fly maggots. On the trunk of the body and parts of the extremities, signs of the onset of putrefaction were detectable, with the onset of green coloration, gas bloating, penetration of the venous network and extensive epidermal detachment (skin slippage). The fingers on the right hand were drying up and in early stages of mummification.

Fig.2 Signs of the onset of putrefaction were detectable, with the onset of green coloration, gas bloating, penetration of the venous network and extensive epidermal detachment.

The head of the deceased was in advanced stage of putrefaction with a high degree of dampening, greenish-brownish discoloration of the skin, hair loss, and increased discharge of putrefactive fluid. Numerous fly maggots can still be seen despite the transport to the forensic medicine institute.
