This man died after choking on scrambled eggs which can be seen draining out of the mouth, no more info.

Choking (internal airway obstruction) occurs when there is a blockage of the air passages that transfer air from the mouth and nose to the lung tissues. Obstruction may occur at any level from the back of the mouth (oropharynx), the throat (pharynx), the voicebox area (larynx), or the trachea (windpipe) and mainstem bronchi. The most common causes of choking are impaction of material such as food or toys. Food impaction is also known as ‘‘cafe ́ coronary’’ and occurs at the extremes of age, while impaction of toy parts is a feature of children generally under 3 years of age.
