Frontal aspect of a train after collision with a 63-year-old woman who remained standing between the rails in an upright position in spite of warning signals. The back was penetrated by a hook so that the body was carried along until the train came to a standstill. Death was caused by blunt cranial trauma with exenteration of the brain.
