Fentanyl patch in mouth of dead woman

USA. A 37-year-old woman was found dead on a sofa. Foam cone from nose and mouth. 100 ug/hr Fentanyl patch in her mouth, with pill residue in her stomach. Fentanyl at autopsy was 2.8 ng/ml, within the reported therapeutic range, plus therapeutic levels of Oxycodone and Diazepam.
