USA. This apparent case of a sex slaying is actually a natural death due to a ruptured aneurysm. The deceased had been in bed with her married boyfriend when she suddenly passed out. He had placed her on the floor, tried to resuscitate her before attempting to redress her. He called 911 before quickly leaving the apartment.
