Bloated body

Toronto, Canada. Body is bloated with increased internal gases heightened during mid-stages of putrifaction. Note the bagging of hands to preserve trace evidence. During the later stages of putrefaction, the entire body becomes bloated with the pressure of internal gas and eventually collapses, leaking what is called purge fluid. The hands are bagged to preserve any evidence on the hands for later investigation.
