Woman driver died in a collision with a truck while using her phone - Herman The Shocker

Brazil – 2019. A 34-year-old woman died in a head-on collision with a truck on the PR-323 highway between Londrina and Sertanópolis. According to police the woman was on her phone when her vehicle entered the opposite lane and crashed head-on with the truck. The truck driver was not injured.
